Position requires a person to be able to manage a small crew and complete our irrigation installations for our residential customers. Position requires effective communication, attention to detail, writing, and math skill. This person will need to be able to operate machinery necessary to perform their assigned duties. No experience is required, as we will train the right person. This is a salary position with bonus earning potential.
Landscape Sales and Design & Irrigation Sales and Design:
(Two separate positions) Position requires you to meet with prospective customers, review needs, share ideas, create designs, and present estimates. Requires effective communication skills, time management, math skills, knowledge of plant material (types, installation and watering procedures). Computer skills are needed, however we can train. Position is salary plus commission.
Position requires a person to be able to manage a small crew and complete landscape projects for our commercial and residential customers. Ability to follow directions and read a blue print is a must. Also needed are communication skills, attention to detail, writing, and math skills. Some machinery operation may be needed. Position is salary plus commission.
Position manages a 3-6 person lawn maintenance crew while supporting maintenance within our commercial and residential environment. Candidate should posses 2-5 years of commercial lawn care experience and having a pesticide license is a plus. Must be familiar with operations of all lawn care equipment. Candidate must also be able to effectively communicate with property management staff, complete visit reports and communicate with office staff. Position is hourly with bonus earning potential.
